Everyone at Research Triangle Dental has treated me with common decency & respect, both of which are qualities that I find to be lacking in companies across the board in recent years.nnI came to them in an incredible amount of pain, had no insurance at all, and have never in my life have I had a better experience with a dental practice!nnMy preferred dentist is Dr. Cahill. You can tell immediately that this man holds a wealth of knowledge and experience, as well as a high level of professionalism with the added bonus of a down-to-earth, approachable character. Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. I love the hygienist Elena (I think that’s her name). She’s wonderful! Both dentists are a joy as well. They are also great with financing options for products and procedures. I’d recommend this office to everyone

During my dental cleaning on the day before, Dr Cahill noticed that my implant was loose. He told me to come the next morning and that he would tighten it up. I got an appointment at 10:00 today and he was able to tighten it up in about 20 minutes. Thank you!
