I was so skeptical for about 4 years since I’ve moved here from up North. I looked up this dental office and read the profile for Dr. Biwer. I promise you this is the best dental office in South Carolina. I feel like I’m back up North with the treatment and procedures! Very professional and clean, precise, and up to date with all new treatments and techniques! I hadn’t the best dental assistants like Kenny, he was so awesome with informing me and encouraging me along the way! A real pleasure! I’m so excited to be in the hands of expert doctors like Dr.Biwer and His staff along with management is amazing! I most definitely recommend this office with 10 stars!

Very Clean Environment . Great Customers Service from the time you Walk in as a Patient. Well organized. Very Friendly Dental Tech that tells you what she is doing and the next Steps. The Doctor is really detailed and will give you your options. All in all— A great place to care for your Dentals

New patient here. Appointment was good & as expected for a high quality dentist office. They took x-rays, pictures, cleaned my teeth, went over treatment options for Invisalign and cavities, amongst other things needed and covered by my insurance. Staff were professional, vocal about each step & timely with getting me back. The wait was short, lobby wasn’t crowded & has a modern look/feel. Definitely recommend.

One of the best experiences at the dentist I've had in Years. I'm never excited to go to the dentist and most of the time they are not pleasant experiences for me but this one was different. Friendly staff, both the Dentist and dental assistant were personable and made me feel at ease while having repairs done on a crown. They kept my informed on what was happening and asked me several times if I needed a break. I recommend Rice Creek to anyone look for a new dentist.

The office is clean, bright, nicely furnished and very cosy. The staff that I interacted with were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient in their individual roles. May was my Dental Hygenist and she was amazing! My teeth look and feel exceptional - I would whole heartily recommend this practice to anyone in need of a dentist.
