I had a very traumatic incident with a dental appt when i was in my 20s. It took me 6 years to find and feel comfortable enough with a dentist just to get treated again. When he retired 1+1/2 years I honestly thought Im not going through that again. Then the night B4 Thanksgiving I broke my front tooth, bridge and crown attached to it right out of my mouth (severe back spasms from an old spine injury, causes me to clench my teeth uncontrollably, usually breaking them.) Someone I trust recommended Dr. Raad and I thought this will be my once a year search for a new dentist thankfully they were able to get me in very quickly to get seen.I cant thank her and everyone there in that ofiice enough! Forgive me if I mistake the proper titles for people's positions, I'm just describing them in terms I understand. Now realize I walked nervous, jittery and literally sweating.nWalking in immediately I noticed the waiting room was brightly lit, comfortable and spotless, Sally, the receptionist (scheduler,ect), greeted me with a sincere smile and checked me in, asked me to take a seat. Her friendless and demeanor immediately started calming me down. I was into the office shortly after (note everything in the back was brightly lit and spotless too, believe me I looked, that is important to me) seated and then Sarah (the dental hygienist) came in to take X-rays. Her smile and kindness immediately helped me relax and how gentle she was taking my xrays, especially at this point all my teeth were hurting not just the missing ones, from personal neglect. No pain, discomfort or anything. She took me to her exam/office, gave me an exam (explaining what/why she was doing things) again no pain and I was.impressed with the modern equipment and her checking to make sure she wasn't causing any discomfort. Dr. Raad came in, introduced himself, he soft spoken and described exactly what he saw and recommended treatments and giving me different options. He too was nice and patient, definitely making me feel confident and relaxed (usually I would have to be TRANQUED just to get this far in an appointment!) Afterwards Sarah cleaned my teeth, once again checking on my comfort the whole time. Did an amazing job, tyvm. I checked out with Sally, made my next appt and left. I cant remember ever having a dental appt go like this, usually Id be jumping around in the chair looking and feeling like I was get zapped with a cattle prod, I actually felt WAY better than I ever could have hoped. And to end things Fran (from billing maybe) called me a little while later to let me know a spot had opened up and to see if I was interested in taking it, that was so cool!nI literally cannot say enough positive things here, the office being well lit, spotless and modern is impressive, but Dr. Raad and everyone that worked there absolutely blew me away. The staff there is one of a kind! I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. And to everyone there a personal thank you from me, DinonHappy Holidays

I am so very appreciative of the people that work in Dr. Raad’s office. They are kind and supportive, a little bit funny oftentimes and always knowledgeable and informed and helpful. My goal is to keep my teeth for the rest of my life and they are helping me do that. This is the first time in my life that I have been to a dentist’s office that I like as much and I am a young senior citizen. I’ve been around for a while and I am well in touch with what kind of care is often given.

I am a person who, for the past 45 years, have been extremely anxious about seeing a dentist. Dr Raad was WONDERFUL! He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Every person who works in the office was nicer than the next! Although it turns out that I need much more dental work than anticipated which, financially, I am unable to do now, I am hoping to eventually be able to go back to the office at some point to complete treatment. The entire office is AWESOME! I highly recommend them!!!

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Raad’s office this morning. I felt comfortable asking questions and the entire staff was very welcoming. Sarah cleaned my teeth and she was phenomenal! Her thorough work combined with Dr. Raad’s ability to address all of my dental concerns has made me very excited to call this office my new dental home! Thank you! HIGHLY recommend.

I had my first visit as a new patient today. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Raad, and feel confident in my dental care with him. My hygienist, Kim was very sweet and took excellent care with my cleaning. Looking forward to returning!
