I am a patient through the Veteran's Administration Community Care Program. I have always received 5 star care here. The work is perfect and the way the staff treat every patient is beyond words. Every member of the staff, from scheduling to the Doctors are caring and understanding. I've never felt looked down upon when needing some extra TLC for anxiety. Words aren't enough to demonstrate the level of professionalism and care given every patient. Thank you all for being here for us! 🫡🥰

This is my third year using this office and I am very pleased. Dr. Nadar is great and has been very helpful with dealing with the Veterans Administration Community Care program. I appreciate everything he has done for me. All the dental hygeienists who cleaned my teeth I have been excellent. They have explained many different things and answers all questions I have. The office staff are are very professional and courteous. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants a great dental experience.nI have had crowns done and filling and treated for an infection and I have never had any discomfort. Dr. Nadar and the dental hygeienists are very gentle plus they always explain what they are doing. I recently visited Rivercrest Commons Family Dental and wanted to share my experience. I’ll be honest—I almost left feeling a little discouraged due to a misunderstanding. I came in expecting to have my teeth cleaned, but after completing X-rays and scans, I was informed that a cleaning wasn’t guaranteed and I would need to reschedule. This wasn’t explained to me beforehand when I called to verify my insurance, so it caught me off guard.nnHowever, what truly turned my experience around was the amazing care and professionalism of the team. The manager took the time to really listen to my concerns and showed genuine compassion. She made sure I didn’t leave feeling upset and went above and beyond to make things right.nnA special thank you to the ladies ..Liz, Amanda, and Arlines for taking the time to care for me and get my cleaning done—they were kind, patient, and attentive. And a big shoutout to Dr. Santos—she was incredible! She made me feel so comfortable and welcome, and I truly appreciated that she speaks Spanish as well.nnDespite the initial confusion, the way the team handled everything showed how much they care about their patients. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and made the entire cleaning process feel comfortable from start to finish.nnI really appreciated how she took her time, explained what she was doing, and made sure I was at ease the whole time.
