Melvin, the dental assistant, was absolutely amazing with my three year old! From the moment we walked in, he was so kind, patient, and gentle with her. He took his time while doing her X-rays and brushing her teeth, making sure she felt safe and comfortable the entire time, she even gave him one of her toysnBy the end of the appointment, she looked at me and said, “I’m not scared anymore.” That meant everything to me as a parent.nThank you, Melvin, for turning what could have been a scary experience into such a positive one.
