I called for an appt because I was in excruciating pain but thought my chances of getting an appointment were slim. Not onlybwas I able to get in but found out the problem and clear coarse of action. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dana and the dentist (sorry I forgot his name) were great and explained everything in easy to understand language. Would definitely recommend

the only dentist I’ve found that I’m most comfortable with! he has removed two of my wisdom teeth and I will definitely be coming back to have him remove the rest of my wisdom teeth. Would always recommend him. the service is great always!

I was super nervous about going to the dentist after a long time not getting my teeth checked, but one thing I loved about this dentistry is that their website is super informative and answered all my questions- especially when it came to insurance and payment options. The day of my appointment came and everyone was super nice and helpful! No one made me feel like my concerns didn't matter, they listened and reassured me about the state of my teeth. I'm so glad I gave this dentistry a try!

I had the most wonderful experience at Romeoville Smiles dentistry. All of the staff was very welcoming, and professional. Cathy the hygienist was very personable, kind, and gentle. She was very thorough with my cleaning. I came in very anxious and she helped calm my nerves. I did end up needing a crown, and replacing an old filling. Dr. Townsend was the destist who worked on my teeth, and did a fantastic job! He numbed me up so well, my visit was practically painless! Natalie, the DA is the best. So weet, and patient. I'm very impressed with the quality and care provided. Management is doing a great job. I can see they truly care about their patients. I no longer dread future dental appointments, and will be returning in 6 months for my regular cleanings.
