I think I just found my new dentist! Everyone at Rowlett Family Dentistry was so friendly from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere in the office felt welcoming and comfortable. The staff took their time explaining my treatment plan and broke everything down so clearly. I also really appreciate how affordable everything is. Overall, I had a great experience and I’m happy to have found a dental office I can trust!

I have had the best experience here! I havent been to the dentist in quite some time and needed a lot of work done. I found them on social media and they were offering an initial visit with x rays and full work up for free. I was a little hesitant that it might be a scam and they would give me a work up and end up over-charging me for all kinds of things... but thank God I followed my gut because that was not at all the case! Every employee there was so incredibly kind and patient. They made me feel like everything that I was going to need done would absolutely be obtainable for me, even on my budget. They work with a few different companies that offer credit loans or loans based off of your income. In two different appointments I have been approved and payment plans were set up, I had a cleaning, fillings, and will have extractions and partials at my next one. On top of that they are so gentle and sweet. My kids and I will be patients here from this point on!

Above and beyond! I had not been to the dentist in years and had real fears about it so I was nervous to get back in there. Dr. Monica Bursian and her entire team are so thoughtful, kind, and take great care in making sure you are comfortable. I had several issues to take care of and its been as close to easy as it can be during the experiences. Dr. Monica is thorough and checks in regularly during the visits to make sure there is no pain, need breaks, the room temp, etc. It sounds odd to say when talking about extractions and fillings, but it's been a delight. They all make the experience very welcoming and I am happy to have a place and people I trust to take serious care of my dental health. Thank you all. Highly recommend.
