First Dental Visit in 20 years.nEvery person I dealt with was awesome. The ladies upfront were great and gave me all the information I needed to know, including quotes before starting anything. Melissa helped me understand the process and procedure, and helped get my teeth all cleaned up. Dr. Yo was quick and efficient and explained everything else in detail. Everything was comfortable and calming. Everyone was super friendly and it felt like I was just hanging out with old friends.nI do have many things wrong with my teeth but I feel confident that Schertz Family Dental will get my mouth all fixed up.nnThank you for making my visit so great.nnIf you are stressing about going to the dentist, I recommend that you give this place a chance. I am very happy with my experience.

Dr. Yo is the absolute best! She is so down to earth. She takes the time to get to know her patients and always explains everything in detail. Her staff follow her example; they are personable, kind and reassuring. I used to be anxious about going to the dentist and this office has totally changed that for me. I highly recommend Dr. Yo!

I love the dentist and hygienist who assists .they both are knowledgeable and kind. They always make sure im.not in pain during procedures. I have had two crowns so far and I am confident with their knowledge. The office staff are very knowledgeable to. I always know what my insurance covers and what my cost is

Very good experience. The dentist was thorough and explained things well. The reason for four stars is that they said I had an outstanding charge from six months prior for a fluoride treatment. This visit I was also offered a fluoride treatment which, thankfully, I declined. If there is going to be a charge for something not covered by insurance, that should be revealed beforehand (this wasn’t addressed on either visit) and not six months after the fact. I never did receive a bill in the mail either.
