I had my first appointment with them yesterday and it was a great experience. They have the sweetest workers here who are very patient and understanding. Also, I was having affordability issues and they didn't hesitate to help me find a solution. I was a bit worried about how inviting the place would be, but they have a perfectly welcoming atmosphere and I was completely comfortable the entire visit. I highly recommend going here.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I walked in anxious, and left extremely confident. I am actually excited for my next appointment! My consultation went so smoothly. I didn't see the dentist long, but she was nice and eager to answer any questions I had. I spent more time with the assistant and she gave me some amazing new tips for cleaning at home and was just the kindest. The receptionist was also extremely kind & helpful with discussing payment options, and their prices are way less than I expected to pay! Can't wait to keep coming back here.

I cannot recommend Dr Cindy and the team at secret City dental Care enough. I went in with broken teeth and an absolute agony. I was so ashamed of my situation, but they treated me with total respect and made me feel comfortable immediately. They are compassionate people who truly put patients first. Dr Cindy went above and beyond to ensure I got bone grafts and dentures I needed, and the entire staff was exceptional - And, s v e t t e was amazing! They didn't just fix my teeth they gave me a beautiful smile back, they are truly lifesavers! Thank you so much

I have been going to this dental office in Oak Ridge for 3 -1/2 years. Fantastic service. Friendly and professional. Sheila has been my hygienist and is very competent in her skills! Explains everything she is doing. I go every 3 months for perio cleaning and my gum pockets have been stable. When I needed some extra help with a gum issue, Dr Grinstead gave me excellent suggestion on specialist to see. She was knowledgable and explained what was happening with my gums. Specialist worked out well and I still have my tooth!

Very nice office with cutting edge technology. My hygienist Crystal was wonderful and walked me through my first appt step by step. She put my mind at ease, and was very friendly!
