Great service and care ! One issue though , I get the new process of if you don’t show and don’t inform in 48 hrs, you pay a cancellation fee. Especially if you’re a frequent offender as opposed to customer whose family has been using this dentistry for 11+ years. Hopefully this is more a shot across the bows for the frequent offender versus the loyal customer. Life gets in the way occasionally and empathy to that is important if you’re truly customer centric. Keep up the great work!

It’s always a pleasant experience with Nasru , dental hygentist, when I’m there (every six months ) for a cleaning . Dr Benson and her staff are professional , courteous they keep my smile healthy ! The best dental experience I’ve ever had !

Very nice team. Cleaning was thorough. I wish my hygienist had not pulled on my lips quite as much. He pulled my lips out and around while he was cleaning, and that hurt a bit. But he was very thorough. I don't like the fact that they are charging a $50 fee upon missing an appointment. It seems that each patient should be given one pass at missing an appointment and then be charged from that point forward. Or it could start at $25 for the first missed appointment and then move to $50 for each missed appointment after that.

My cleaning went well, it was much shorter than usual. However my wait time on the doctor seemed to take quite awhile. I noticed the hygienist did not notify the doctor when he was done so I sat there for a good 20 minutes. That has never happened previously.
