I moved to Knoxville 3 months ago and was very fortunate to find Silver Creek Dental Care. From the time I entered the building the front office was so kind and friendly. Then I was taken to the back and met Dr. Martin and his staff. They were awesome too. Everything was so modern and equipment appeared top of the line. The one the things that really impressed me was how Dr. Martin treated his staff. He was so patient and never appeared to be in any rush. I needed a crown and I felt no pain from the drilling prep. Dr. Martin Dental Assistant Izzy is a senior at UT and going to dental school next year. He prepped my temporary and Dr. Martin was always available to answer any of his questions. Well I can tell you I have a mouth full of crowns and in all my years not one temporary stayed put in my mouth. This temporary stayed in my mouth almost a month. This is the best Dental Care I have ever had in my 73 years. Thank you so much.

Very professional and friendly atmosphere🤞🏽I absolutely loved my first visit at Silver Creek dental. 🤗 They took really good care of me. Donna explained the plan that I need to do to get my teeth back on the right track. ❤️ V made sure that I was very comfortable and they made sure that I knew all that I needed to know about my billing before starting any work, which I really appreciated. Very highly recommended; look no further for your dental care!!

**Update: 3 wks in now, insurance has now been verified, accepted, and a refund for out of pocket expenses reimbursed. Unfortunate series of frustrations but hopefully smooth sailing from here. ———- Very poor customer service and communication. Despite being referred via our insurance in-network site, our insurance being listed on the clinic website, and a phone consult verifying our military retiree insurance 5 days prior to appointment, it was declined at time of appt and we paid out of pocket. This has happened to other local military families as well. I’ve attempted to address/understand this issue directly via phone, email, post-visit clinic survey, and FB messenger and there’s been no response or follow up.
