I appreciate the warm welcome and kindness I received by everyone at the front desk.nVanessa made me feel so comfortable in taking my X-rays and walking me through the results. Donna gave me excellent feedback and advice on my next steps of treatment. I love the patience and concern that she and Vanessa displayed.nDr. Martin was so professional and hospitable. He took his time and explained in detail the next steps of treatment.nBrittany made my day by making sure all my paperwork and orders were complete and then calling me to confirm everything was done.nI’m so happy I chose Silver Creek Dental Care!

My experience here was very good!! Everyone was so nice and very professional, especially Dr. Krauss and Ms. Nina! They answered all my questions when we decided on a care plan with much knowledge and was very helpful in my choices to carry out the care plan. I cannot say enough about Silver Creek and its employees, they were wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. I drive a little farther than I had to, but it was well worth the extra miles!

I haven't felt so comfortable in a dentist office since childhood. Theyre so welcoming and friendly. Very up front about pricing and making sure there are zero surprises. They talk through every procedure, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and with zero judgement. I love this place and all of the people. I will continue coming here for as long as I can. I will always recommend this place to everyone. Location is very easy to get to and parking is never an issue either.

Everyone is amazing. Dr. Martin is the nicenst guy you'll ever meet (and super knowledgable!) and the assistants, hygenists, and front desk staff are all top notch. Everything is state of the art. I apparently messed up my online scheduling, but everyone worked with me to smooth it over with a smile. I've been elsewhere, but I'm here forever.

I had a great overall experience at Silver Creek Dental Care. The establishment is definitely a little on the bougie side, but honestly, I loved the look and feel of the place. Everything was clean, modern, and welcoming. I especially liked the coffee bar/drink station, and I did help myself to a bottle of water from the fridge.nnThe staff was very nice, friendly, and welcoming. The exam area was clean, and the doctor was kind and took the time to make me feel comfortable.nnThe one thing I would suggest improving is how insurance information is discussed. I do wish they had gone over the fact that my insurance was preventative-only in a more private setting rather than discussing it within earshot of the entire waiting room. I understand the need to communicate that information, but something that involves a patient's insurance and coverage feels like it would be better handled privately.nnOverall, though, I really enjoyed my experience. The friendly staff, clean facility, nice atmosphere, and kind doctor are why I'm giving Silver Creek Dental Care 4 stars
