My hygienist, Jennifer, was the best I’ve ever worked with, at any dentist. Jennifer really showed genuine care and concern, listened carefully and asked thoughtful follow up questions. She made sure I understood what we were doing and why, with no hidden costs or surprises. I’m thrilled to have found this office and highly, highly recommend.

This place has surpassed my expectations. I hardly ever do my dental care in Orlando due to encountering scams everywhere I try a simple dental cleaning. To make everything even better, Doctor Gio came into the room after the cleaning to check if the work done was properly done…nIn additional, the front desk sounded quite knowledgeable in the Dental field when I asked questions regarding my coverage as to whether or not to perform certain procedures on my mouth. My first visit here for a crown that fell off was a great experience. I completed the forms online, but you can do that in person as well. My dental assistant Jackie was friendly and helpful and explained all processes to me. They also had the front desk person (did not know her name but she was also patient with me) come see me each time a new procedure would happen, to show me the cost breakdown and what my insurance was expected to cover. This avoided any surprises when the visit was over. And they are in-network for my Ambetter insurance.nnBut the most pleasant surprise was Dr. Jiovannah. She is an angel. I told her I have significant tooth sensitivity, so she was very gentle and explained everything that was happening throughout the process.nnI was as comfortable as I could be because of all the ladies who helped me with their kindness and patience during my visit. They all seem happy too, which impacts the patient experience at any medical office. I highly recommend Smiles at Hunter's Creek.

I recently had Invisalign set on my teeth. I could tell that the assistant was well prepared and worked diligently to set it on my teeth quickly and correctly. Overall, an amazingly pleasant experience. I highly recommend Smiles at Hunters Creek!
