I went in to Smiles for Life as a brand new patient who had just broken a tooth two days before. I was nervous and upset as I didn’t know what to expect. The office staff greeted me immediately. The assistant was gentle and kind during the initial exam and a difficult set of X-rays. The dentist, Dr Troeler, was friendly and welcoming. He offered three options for treatment. I am presently awaiting insurance approval, but I look forward to going back and getting this issue resolved. I have full confidence it will be handled in the best way possible.
