You know you've found an amazing place when your kids look forward to going to the dentist! They are so kind, professional, and fun. They explain things in depth so you understand how to maintain healthy teeth and what the next steps are to do that.nI feel their assessments are honest and well-informed, not endless over-the-top things to do, but even informing you to wait on things as well, which is really nice.nAll the professionals have been so great with my kids and me. From the front desk/office management, to hygienist, to both Dentists on staff - they are all so professional with an extra sprinkle of kindness, they absolutely go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. John Crawford and his entire dental team. Because of childhood trauma, I have always had an extreme fear of going to the dentist, but everyone—from the front desk staff to the assistants, hygienists, and Dr. Crawford himself—has treated me with patience, kindness, and understanding. They always explain what they are doing before they do it, which helps ease my anxiety and makes me feel comfortable and in control. They genuinely care about their patients and even offer financial assistance options for those without dental insurance. I highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who are nervous about dental care.

I cannot say enough good things about Stone Lake Family Dentistry. The staff who manage the front desk are all very nice. They have a designated person to take all the X-rays. It’s important to note that their array of X-rays and scans far exceed the average dental office. The do the standard wing bites and full mouth X-rays, but the. The go above and beyond. They have a machine that moves around your head to catch everything (see photo). They also do a full mouth 3D scan of your mouth. The scan provides a realistic, very detailed view of your teeth & bite. They can use a computer mouse to spin the view & position of your mouth scan (mouth open, closed or spin to see left, right, top & bottom views). Dr. Lubis used it to show me where a had a chip on one of my teeth, my gum recession and other things. Dr. Lubis is one of the best dentists who I have ever met. She listened to my concerns and presented no pressure solutions. She also explained what caused my issues.nnMy insurance doesn’t cover X-rays at 100% so they offered me a new patient special for $50 so I could save money. The dental hygienist was also very helpful. She explained what she was doing and why and provided tips on better dental care. I had extreme sensitivity to hot and cold so they applied a desensitization solution at a very reasonable price.nnI’m so glad I found such a great dental office!
