This dental office is clean, efficient, and friendly! From scheduling to front office sign in to the actual appointment, they have a system that is excellent and smooth. The front receptionist was so smiley, welcoming, and patient. When I walked in, she was having a conversation with an elderly woman and they seemed like they were having a fine time! The place felt very homey and not rushed. I appreciated that.nnMy initial appointment took over an hour but they were very detailed and gave me a step by step rundown of everything they were doing and looking for. Dr. Schalk and the dental assistant were both amazing. The dental assistant spent most of the time taking photos and x-rays with care and making sure I was comfortable each step of the way. She made a usually cumbersome appointment enjoyable!nnDr. Schalk is friendly, kind, patient, and detailed. He explains things in laymen terms and allows time for questions or concerns without feeling rushed or like you’re a burden of his time. So rare to find in any medical field nowadays!! Everyone, from the front desk staff to the hygienist to the doctor, was kind, informative, and made me feel comfortable. Adrian, my hygienist, gave me a new patient tour of the office and explained every procedure being performed in detail and gave me time to ask questions. He truly cared about getting to know me, and what my concerns and expectations were for the appointment. Dr. Patel was extremely kind and outgoing and explained the treatment needed in detail. This practice goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable!

So far so goodnI've only had my initial appointment to address a badly broken tooth But my husband has this rain last week and he's very happy with the choice of this office for our new ministry services.nI have dental surgery later in the week and so far that exactly and Billy Mary comfortable

If I could give Dr. Patel and her staff a thousand stars I would. I especially want to give a shout out to her assistant. I was treated with utter compassion, by her. She anticipated my every need and was quick to provide it. Dr. Patel was a doll. She took her time to explain everything to me. I didn’t feel rushed, nor did I feel like she was more interested in being paid, than caring about my needs. I had a horrible experience in December at another practice. I was dreading having to go in. When I left I felt relieved, and taken care of. Thank you to all the wonderful people there.
