As a first time patient, I had a very positive experience at Terracina Dental from start to finish. The office staff was welcoming, very short wait time to be seen, and made to feel comfortable with everything they were doing. They were thorough, explained what they were doing and why. Bethany did my cleaning which was excellent, thorough and pain free! Dr.Bhayani was personable, professional, and caring. Going to the dentist shouldn't feel like a nightmare. As a person who takes good care of their teeth, I can honestly say I've been there. I understand the unbearable pain and being told by the person holding the drill it's okay. Or I'm almost done as you're stuck in a chair counting the seconds until that statement rings true.nnI thank God to have found Terracina Dental Care. They really do put the word CARE at the very front of their jobs. It's been almost two years since my first visit and I have never looked back. Being greeted by friendly faces (Liza and Andrea) really calmed my nerves. My first consultation was with Denise (hygienist). She was so sweet and kept reassuring me that I was in good hands. From past experiences I've heard that before and was worried this is where the care train made it's final stop. Then I met Dr. Bhayani (Dr. Nisha) who took the cake! She was amazing from start to finish! Super knowledgeable and didn't make me feel uneasy at all!nnI can finally say I have found a dentist who truly cares and has an amazing staff behind her. This team listens (even if you go on a long rant), they're understanding and they actually take their time to evaluate the root cause of your problem. My new hygienist is Lisa and she's hilarious. It's always a great time when I visit...So much so I even forget I'm there for an appointment.

They are an extremely well run practice so everything goes smoothly from walking in the door to my exit. They have always been right on time for my appointments and can efficiently move me from one room to another if needed. The office makes sure to tell me what my insurance will and will not cover. The hygienist is gentle yet thorough when she does my cleanings. It is also the best place I have found to do crowns! I’m thankful to have found them.
