The staff, hygienist and dentist at Tru Family Dental are great. Never had a bad experience going to them for my dental care. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and doctors. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the Lapeer area.

Staff member observed my allergy to penicillin, although I had taken Amoccicillen in past, nobody else noticed it when I got script filled. I had a filling that fell out. True Family Dental got me in as quickly as possible. They were prepared when I arrived. Thankfully, they were able to get it filled. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The staff is so kind and friendly. I would recommend them for all your dental needs.

New patient. Dreaded going thinking it was going to take a couple hours with x-rays, photos and other dental evaluations. The dental services are great. They seem to have all the up to date dental equipment to provide the best quality service and they have top notch dentists. I feel quite secure about them taking care of my teeth. But, on the other side of the spectrum, the front desk seems to have difficulty keeping things in order. Several times I have been wrongfully billed. Mixing up appointment time is another problem. Once you're beyond the front desk, it's all good.
