I had a great first experience with everyone at this facility.nnMy initial (new patient) appointment was made in April for September. I was added to the waitlist and was happy to get a call in May with an offer to come in earlier. I had to make an appointment to come back for my cleaning, with a reasonable wait time.nnJessica, Lexi, Alicia and Dr. Ducker were efficient, understanding, very friendly and thorough. I appreciate the transparency in pricing- they review cost prior to procedures and communicate with insurance thoroughly. I am very happy leaving without feeling pressure to buy anything.nI chose this office because it's close to home, and it was worth the wait for me.

I love the whole team at The Center for Cosmetic & Family Dentistry-Navarre. Everyone is friendly and efficient. Dr. Ducker is the best, always leading with empathy. Dental assistant Jordan is amazing, she goes above and beyond. For example, during my first Invisalign tray appointment, Jordan not only went over all the how-tos, but she also had a formatted printout that she laminated so I could keep it.

Wonderful new patient experience! The office is very clean, everyone is friendly, and minimal wait times. Alis was my hygienist and she is thorough, calming, and compassionate. They use state of the art technology. Dr. Julie Ducker has a great bedside manner and explains everything well. My only complaint is cleanings being booked 8 months out but it just shows how well loved they are within the community!

After a bad experience at a different local dentist where I felt like they were looking for every way to get my money and suggesting things I don’t reallynNeed— , I went here for a second opinion. It was like night and day. My experience here was wonderful. They found I did not need everything suggested by the last dentist but also were able to suggest things that might be causing my dental problems that I can change in my daily routine . They were very nice but also I felt very honest. I felt like I could trust them.nnThe front desk staff was so helpful helping understand how it would work and how much it would cost since my dental insurance was technically “out of network.” They were still cheaper than the last place(for crowns) being out of network! (I think maybe the last place was too but didn’t tell me that).
