Appointment 11/19/25. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the staff at Tradition Dental Care. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The corporate staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful, making me feel immediately at ease. Having recently moved to Charlotte, I was in search of a dental home, and I was thoroughly pleased with the experience. From the beautiful ambiance of the office to the attentive care provided, there was no room for anything less than excellent service. I am often self-conscious about the state of my teeth and usually feel the need to over-explain myself to ease that embarrassment. However, with my hygienist and doctor, I didn’t feel that way at all. They were top-tier, very thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The treatment plan was thoughtful, comprehensive, and presented in a way that was easy to understand without being overwhelming. I am truly grateful for their care and professionalism.

I was very pleased with Dr Arora. He takes his work very seriously and cares about his patients. I asked a lot of questions and he listened intently to everything I said to be sure we had a mutual understanding of what my expectations were. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and I love my smile! His staff members Rachael & Taylor were also friendly and professional, making their practice a very comfortable place to be.

Dr aura and his staff are absolutely amazing. From the very clean and welcoming front office to the professional and clean back, Drs and entire team were professional and saw my son on ER basis after he had a pretty sever seizure and had multiple teeth fractures. We were out at ease and Dr was able to gett son out of discomfort!! Love them and would recommend them to everyone ❤️

had a wonderful- WONDERFUL experience here! It was my first time visiting the establishment and I was immediately in awe of the fantastic staff that took care of me (and my shiny teeth!) I definitely am happy about choosing this as my primary office. It's so close to my house too, I can definitely tell that I would like to keep coming here for years to come! A special and specific shoutout to Jaquille, who is one of the member of that exceptional team! He made sure I was as comfortable as can be, and I definitely did think his professionalism was more than adequate to be a fantastic orthodontist. 10000/10 recommended ! I recently visited Tradition for an extraction, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The doctor and the entire staff were absolutely amazing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. What really stood out to me was the new office manager. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in explaining my insurance benefits and walking me through the treatment plan. It made the whole process so much easier to understand and less stressful. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring, efficient, and professional dental team!
