Hi my Latonya Butler, I went family Dental yesterday to make Appointment for my husband.My Husband was Blessed He got Appointment the same Day.I have too say all Staff work at the First Desks was so helpful His Appointment was at 1:30 P.m we had to go in early an they was on Lunch Break how rude of me.I didn't know it was thire Lunch Break.We are new too Family Dentist.But they was so helpful,They Put they Much Down to help me get him check in, An get the Paper work done.very nice an clean as well. We had a Wonderful time there, I remember when I was a child I was scared to go too the Dentist if they had Dental staff like now I would be going every Day.

The office staff is so lively and upbeat, and very friendly in greeting everyone. The hygienist and doctor gave great attention to my needs, explaining everything as they went. They also explained the details to my family afterwards. We are so glad to have found such a caring “team”!

I had my first visit at WR Family Dentistry yesterday. I have had a dental phobia for many years. I had to go yesterday do to a lost crown. Dr. Patel and her staff put me at ease immediately. The office did not feel like your typical Dental office. I could not hear the drills nor did it smell like a dental office. It was clean and spacious. The front office staff were very kind and professional. The hygienist who evaluated me was nice and very reassuring. I have scheduled for my procedure and plan to return for regular cleanings. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the Middle Georgia area.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The staff up front were very welcoming and the hygienist was very informative and made me feel so comfortable! Would definitely recommend!
