Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Pam welcomed me right away and was so kind and helpful. Nayeli did the quickest, most painless X-rays she’s amazing at what she does! Michelle made the insurance process smooth and stress free. The whole team was incredible. Highly recommend best dental office in the area!

As somebody with a lot of dental anxiety, the team at Aspen Dental Woodstock made me feel right at home and comfortable. When I walked in for my appointment, I was met with big smiles from the front staff. Pam and Michelle wasted no time getting me checked in. From there, the Assistant Nayeli took my X-rays, which were some of the fastest and most comfortable X-rays I have ever had! Sarai the hygienist and Dr. Kim were so gentle during their portions of the exam and took the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Kim then introduced me to the sweetest person I have ever met, Kkatanya the office manager. She worked with me on finances and was able to break down my treatment plan in an easy to understand fashion. Scheduling was a breeze and I look forward to coming back for my cleaning! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Will be recommending this office to my friends and family.

My experience was great. I went in to establish care and get a checkup to make sure I had no issues since I was experiencing some sensitivity on one of my front teeth. Scheduling the appointment was very quick and easy online. Pam called the next day to confirm insurance details and make sure I knew what to expect when I got to the office- she was very nice and pleasant- she was also the one who went over the treatment plan and pricing with me after the appointment, she made it all make sense. When I went in for the appointment, Michelle checked me in and she was so welcoming and quick with the process. Miranda took my X-rays and she really tried to make it as painless as possible by trying to get around my tori. Nayeli was my husband’s DA and he was also very satisfied with her work and knowledge. lastly, doctor Kim and Sarai’s exams were also very thorough and answered my questions. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office that they can trust to have their best interests.

I used to be a dental assistant 100 years ago. Dr. KIM , at the Woodstock office is by far the best dentist that I have experienced throughout my life!!! I recently had a tooth pulled from the upper side of my mouth. I was scared to death to have this tooth pulled because, like I said, I was a dental assistant and I have seen the pain that the patients go through just from the injections to numb up the area to be worked on. The upper pallet of the mouth is so sensitive to the injections and I did not feel anything that the injections would cause. Dr. Kim is , by far, the best at her art of Denistry. I will not go anywhere else. I'm terrified of the pain that the injections I went through before I went to Aspen in Woodstock and found Dr. KIM. SHE IS SO INTENSE IN FINDING THE ROOT OF YOUR PROBLEM AND SHE IS SO UNSELFISH AND TELLS ME EXACTLY WHAT IS BEST FOR ME AND IF MY GOALS FOR A BETTER SMILE ARE REALISTIC. IF NOT, SHE GIVES ME SUGGESTIONS DIRECTLY FROM HER HEART & I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH HER SUGGESTIONS ABOUT WHAT I'M TRYING TO OBTAIN... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER FOR ANY DENTAL CARE!!!! SHE IS PAINLESS & HONEST. SHE'S THE ANSWER TO ANYONE WHO HATES TO GO TO THE DENTIST!!!!

The staff here is phenomenal. Sarai is, without a doubt, the best dental hygienist I have ever had. I have so much stress and anxiety with going to the dentist, and she was extremely kind and helped ease my nerves. Dr. Kim was also great! Very knowledgeable and a real joy. 100% recommend Aspen Dental in Woodstock to all friends and family, and those of you reading this looking for a new dentist office! You will not regret being taken care of here. These folks know what they’re doing!!
