Yesterday was my third visit to this dental office, and once again I left extremely satisfied. I went in for composite bonding on my front teeth, and Dr. Ronald Moore did an excellent job, quick, precise, and with great results.nnBut I especially want to thank Jamiya. She is truly amazing. She consistently goes above and beyond, and she is so knowledgeable, professional, patient, gentle, and genuinely caring. She even came in to polish my teeth after the doctor finished (something she didn’t have to do) and she stayed until I was completely happy with the final look. Her dedication means so much.nnA big thank you to Dr. Moore and the entire staff as well. Everyone there is always wonderful. Highly recommend!

What an absolutely amazing experience I had today at Aspen Dental in Gadsden, Alabama!nnFrom the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and professional — but I have to give special thanks to Jamiya, who examined my mouth and cleaned my teeth. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and detailed, making sure every area was cleaned perfectly. She explained everything step by step, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and didn’t let me leave until she knew I was satisfied with the results.nnI also want to recognize the financial specialist who went above and beyond to make sure my insurance was handled properly before I ever sat in the chair. They carefully explained what my insurance would cover, what wouldn’t be covered, and what my out-of-pocket cost would be — right down to the percentage. That kind of clarity and honesty means a lot!nnMy last dentist office in Birmingham could never get it together — it took over two years of frustration trying to get billing and insurance straight. So walking into Aspen Dental and seeing everything handled smoothly and professionally was truly a breath of fresh air.nnIt’s such a relief not to have to worry about unexpected bills or something ending up on my credit report because of a dental office’s mistake.nnThank you, Aspen Dental of Gadsden, for restoring not only my smile but my confidence in quality dental care.

This office is outstanding!! From check-in to check-out everyone is welcoming and helpful!!! Bree and Jeff went above and beyond the help my 90yr old Mother in law with her dentures!! The tech took her time and was so patient with her!! I highly recommend this office!! I have an appointment for myself already scheduled!! Thank you Bree for making sure she didn't have to go without her dentures!!!

I went into aspen dental gadsden today for the first time and had the most amazing experience! The whole staff was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Amber answered all of my questions and set me up with the right treatment plan for my needs, and Jamiya got me in for a same day cleaning. She was amazing!
