Had a very pleasant experience on my first visit with Dr Peralta. The front desk is very helpful and efficient. The place is clean, with top of the line equipment. Dr Peralta takes time to explain, is careful and professional, and instills trust. I live in the neighborhood and glad I found this place. Will definitely be back.

Dr Luis Peralta at Forward Dental is the best! Super nice guy and an expert dentist. I've been to too many dentists over the years that are way too salesy for me. Dr Peralta was the opposite. He gave my teeth a thorough review, we discussed past issues and came up w a great plan moving forward. His staff was great as well. I'll be back there twice a year from here on out. Thx Dr Peralta!
