We came to this office on an emergent case and was treated immediately the very day, & hour. The staff in the whole office is very friendly, accommodating and go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I was especially impressed with the front desk who was helpful with insurance and payment schedules. The techs and the Dr. were so compassionate and made me feel very at ease. I was also impressed with their technology and knowledge of procedures and the speed of services rendered. I wish this was my home dentist office. Thank you again for your impeccable service and treating me so respectfully.

I had an awesome experience at Dental Care at Loughman Crossing, and I can’t say enough good things about my hygienist, Dan, who is truly outstanding at what he does. I normally get very anxious about dental visits, but Dan’s calm, friendly, and positive attitude instantly made me feel comfortable. He was very professional, gentle, and extremely thorough with both the imaging and the cleaning. Dan took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. What is usually a very stressful experience for me was completely painless and even pleasant. My teeth have never felt cleaner. I highly recommend this dental office.

Love this office. Yannira, my dental hygienist, is wonderful. She takes her time to ensure cleaning is done right, but above all , she is very careful when working with my teeth, and I really appreciate this. I have seen other hygienists from this office and they are all very professional. You will be fine with any of them. The dentist is very knowledgeable and professional as well. I am glad I found this office that accepts my Medicare plan.

I absolutely appreciated Tania's professionalism and PERSONAL care. I didn't feel ANY discomfort and yet, she was VERY THOROUGH, leaving my teeth feeling incredibly clean and healthy! I also appreciateed her great tips on how to improve my brushing technique and care of my teeth as I am a teeth grinder.nThe front staff members are always so welcoming and warm when I walk in.nThis was my second visit and I can't believe that I am already looking forward to my next preventative care visit!

I highly recommend Loughman Dental. Everyone, from reception and financial/insurance people, to Tanya the hygenist/assistant, to Vivi the ortho specialist, to Dr. Alves was friendly, welcoming, efficient, and professional. They have all the latest technology and explain everything so you can see and know exactly what is going on with your teeth. (Zero ‘scolding’ here.). Also, they are as gentle as humanly possible, and make recommendations to you to improve your oral health. There was no pressure to get unnecessary procedures done.
