She explained everything clearly, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and delivered care with a level of precision and gentleness that’s hard to find.nIt’s rare to leave a dental appointment feeling genuinely grateful, but that’s exactly how I felt. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Alves to anyone looking for top‑tier dental care.

I have been coming to this office for a few years and have always had excellent service. At my most recent cleaning I had a truly wonderful experience. My hygienist Chris was the best hygienist I've ever seen. He was very informative and detailed in his work. He explained everything that was happening and had a soft touch while working on sensitive areas. I would definitely recommend this office and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I highly recommend Loughman Dental. Everyone, from reception and financial/insurance people, to Tanya the hygenist/assistant, to Vivi the ortho specialist, to Dr. Alves was friendly, welcoming, efficient, and professional. They have all the latest technology and explain everything so you can see and know exactly what is going on with your teeth. (Zero ‘scolding’ here.). Also, they are as gentle as humanly possible, and make recommendations to you to improve your oral health. There was no pressure to get unnecessary procedures done. I was so impressed, I encouraged my husband to switch to Loughman Dental as soon as I got home. Thanks, Loughman Dental!

All star fun caring team;nnWalk in, you’re immediately met with a business friendly, fun and calm by Veronica and Kayla at the front line (which is necessary if your child is nervous!) they’re informative and helpful. No questions left unanswered.nnHead to the back, Chris is as cool and calm as they calm. My son gags, cry’s and freezes. This was nothing for Chris, he patiently coached and gave my son Pawles to regroup to collect x-rays. Many thanks!

The staff and doctor were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Alves showed care and her chair side manner was excellent. The office was extremely clean and the equipment seemed up to date. The hygienist Tanio was very accommodating and tried to be as gentle as she could. I would recommend this dental practice. I was pleasantly surprised and the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is only on principle. I never give anyone full marks. My experience was very good 👍
