First impressions are lasting ones. The front desk personnel were very friendly, smiles included. Very short wait time. My technician, Zacharia, was an angel 😇. Dr Lauren was awesome! She inquired about my comfort level and constantly reassured me throughout my surgery. This was important because I am 72 years old and had not been to the dentist in years, due to a negative experience. The office was clean. The wait area was comfortable. The restrooms were nice as well. I can't say enough good things about American Family Denistry. I would recommend the Southaven location to anyone. I give American Family Denistry 5 stars! 👍🏼

My visit with AFD was a great experience. The front office staff were friendly and welcoming. Tish conducted x-rays, digital scans, and an oral cancer screening, which has never been offered to me at my previous dental offices. Tish was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and accommodating! I then met with Dr. Henderson who reviewed my x-rays and scans, and followed up with an oral examination. My appointment went very well, and was completed in an organized and timely manner. One thing I really appreciate about this office is at the end of my visit, I received an explanation of charges which listed what my insurance covered. Therefore, I didn't have to worry about any surprises should there be any fees not covered by my insurance. I will continue to go to AFD for all my dental needs!

From start to finish I have nothing but great things to say. I had a very friendly courteous young woman to book my appointment. Then next the sweet receptionist was also alot of fun and very helpful to me when I completed my check in.nMISS TISH, SHE IS THE TRUTH!!!! She took great care of me! I can finally smile! She didn't judge or scold me for not taking bettering care of myself or my smile she encouraged me to not to continue that and did I mention, I can smile ☺️.nDr. May was wonderful. I never met a more kind, calming, attentive Dentist. He got jokes too. Can't wait to get back.🥰🥰🥰
