I’ve never considered going anywhere else. Arnold Dental Center has serviced my teeth since I was 16 and over the last decade I have never once had an issue they couldn’t fix. Even with not great health insurance (shout out USPS), they are very accommodating and have wonderful, knowledgeable staff onsite to handle anything! (Shout out Taylor!) The practice keeps up with current care trends and they are incredibly sensitive to the needs of their patients. However, these are all just sprinkles on the cupcake- Dental Hygienist Stephanie is truly the best. I think the only reason I’m so chill about the dentist is because Stephanie takes every possible measure to make sure the experience goes smoothly. And she’s so fun! The other dental hygienists are just as fantastic- you truly cannot go wrong. It’s the only doctors appointment I have that’s essentially no stress, and from what I’ve heard, that’s singular to this office. If you’re looking for a new teeth shop this is it!

First time patient today and I walked in expecting just an exam — I walked out with a full cleaning completed and a clear treatment plan for the future. Hands down, this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I had been loyal to my previous dental office since I was little, but decided to make the switch to be closer to home, and it could not have been a better decision.nnLacey was my hygienist and she was absolutely amazing — so sweet, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. She even offered to clean my teeth after the exam because she had an opening, which I truly appreciated. She listened to all of my concerns, answered every question with confidence, and made me feel completely at ease the entire time.nnThe front desk staff were just as wonderful — kind, honest, and genuinely enthusiastic. They were raving about the doctor, and it was easy to see why. From start to finish, the entire experience felt welcoming, efficient, and patient-focused. High tech and affordable can be in the same sentence for this office. Thank you team!

First visit was wonderful. My prior dentist retired and when I called their office to set up my first appointment I noted I was having a few issues and also my anxiety with dental visits. The receptionist was very helpful and explained she was sure they would be a good fit for me. They were all so helpful and kind and gentle. The hygienist - Lacy - was just awesome. We are new BF's lol. I would highly recommend this practice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the Doctor.

Stephanie is such a great hygienist. She ensured that I was comfortable and thoroughly checked and cleaned my teeth. The staff team is incredible. I came in hoping to get a cavity filled because I’m only in Saint Louis for a short time and I ended up getting an exam, a filling, and a cleaning in the same day. They are so on top of it.

Just a routine cleaning visit with Lacey the hygienist, she is friendly, caring, professional and painless. I am wholeheartedly recommending this dental group for your care.
