I was in Annapolis from out of town. onlay came off while flossing. I had three more days here and was upset. I called Aspen and they agreed to see me same day. Their screening questions were appropriate and not too burdensome. When I arrived I was greeted so nicely at the front desk. Their forms were on an iPad. Very nice. They took me back very quickly and then took X-rays. I really appreciated the signs on the wall showing their adherence to radiation protocols. Then Dr Kim saw me. He was so kind and we talked thru the situation. He agreed to temporarily cement the onlay. I was out in about 20 min. I came away so impressed with their operation. Thank you!

What a very nice and clean dental practice!!!! Andrew is the best financial agent that a dental practice could have. He knows his stuff!!! As far as all the other employees go just as professional and friendly as could be. I feel as tho the lab did a great job on my repair. I enjoyed my appt very much and would recommend Aspen Dental for sure!!!!

I had an emergency appt at another dental office that got cancelled on the same day. I researched another office I could go to and found that Aspen had walk-in appts (hallelujah) AND they closed later, so I had time to make it. I was greeted and handled so professionally by Andrew, the young lady who took my Xrays and Dr. Kim. What stood out to me with this doctor from my last one, is that he explained the xrays and the serious need for the treatments. I always appreciate a Dr. who explains things instead of treating you like just another client to service and rush out the door. Andrew sealed the deal with my experience because when I saw the amount I would be responsible for after my insurance, I felt defeated, but together, we were able to decide what was the most important right now, start with that, and worry about the rest later. Although the office felt so far away from home, I now feel welcomed and comfortable about where I'll be getting my dental work done...Aspen Dental.

I went in just to get a broken tooth extracted and walk away with a new dentist office and a hope of actually smiling with confidence again. The front desk staff was nice and greeted you as soon as you walk in the door. The girl that does X-ray was kool and friendly and knew what she was doing. Dr Kim and the hygiene were very helpful and kind. They actually answered all my questions and really broke everything down that needs to be done to get the smile I wanted. The office manager was great too. Broke down a lot of financial options and put together the best plan to get everything done step by step. My overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family

The only bad gene I have is gum recession (my gums are pulling away from my teeth). In the past, I've had several back teeth pulled because of it. Yesterday, I had 3 more teeth pulled and had a top partial denture made. Yesterday, last night, and today have all been perfect. No pain or discomfort. I'm still getting used to the partial, but it fits perfectly. No issues of any kind so far. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Annapolis. New plaza, new building, brilliant staff, quick & precise process, and I feel great!nnOn a side note, I do not have dental insurance. Aspen Dental has a yearly plan (not insurance) that I purchased for $49. It saved me almost $800 on everything I had done yesterday. That is 100% worth it (iif you don't have insurance).
