You can immediately tell she truly cares about every patient who walks through the door.nnVictoria at the front desk was so kind and sincere, and Audrey was equally welcoming and sweet. It’s rare to find a team where every single person makes you feel like family.nnDr. Adam was extremely thorough during my exam and took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all of my questions with patience and professionalism. They were amazing!!! All staff was friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I was turned away from the Olathe location with out even seeing a dentist and the staff at Blue Springs went above and beyond and got my emergency all taken care of since I was going out of town over the weekend. They turned such a negative experience into a positive. I’m 45 min away and still want to stay with Blue Springs for the amazing care!

I had a really good experience at Aspen Dental. The whole team was easy to work with from the start. Our insurance system happened to be down when I went in, and they still took care of me and did a free evaluation, which honestly meant a lot.nnAfter I had the work done, they actually followed up to check on how everything was going. You don’t see that everywhere, and it says a lot about how they treat their patients.nnEveryone I dealt with was great—the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the dentist explained things clearly without rushing, and the dental assistant made the whole visit more comfortable.nnOverall, just a solid experience all around. I’d definitely go back and would recommend them.

I actually was sent to this one from the one on Bolger in Independence. One thing I am about reviews is honest. I mean no harm but im actually glad the Bolger location sent me here. The front desk person seems to have needed to warm up to me a bit but she eventually did. The doctor and nurse were amazing at first interaction. I never prepay for future services unless I know im going back. Definitely prepaid here.
