Everyone was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. It was my first time going to Aspen dental and I felt very relaxed. The technicians and hygienists were very sweet, kind, and patient. The dentist took time to explain my issues and offer solutions. I was able to get a deep cleaning and wisdom tooth extraction on the same day. The office manager went over payment options and plans and was not pushy or judgmental about my finances. The front desk receptionist is a multitasker and held her composure when she knew she was short staffed due to colleagues that called in sick. She checked me in, did the preliminary X-rays and apologized for being short staffed. She didn’t show any frustration and kept a smile. Everyone that I worked with today deserves a round of applause.

To be completely honest, Dallas, Amber are the ONLY reason why I'm giving 5 stars.nDr. Kapoor's bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. At no point did I enjoy working with her.nI brought my old denture, as an example of how I wanted my new one to look. It took numerous visits (over 5) to achieve this. The denture mold had baby sized teeth, the front teeth were pointed straight up, down. There wasn't even a slope to give it a natural looking appearance.nDallas also made adjustments along the way. Had Dallas not made the major adjustments at the end, there's no way I would've accepted the denture.

They were great. I was on vacation in Michigan booked. My appointment online came in was in and out of my appointment in 30 minutes and feeling better by nightfall. I am so glad that they have locations all over the country. They can see both my home dental records, and what was done here thank you again.
