I went in for an emergency appointment for a broken tooth that was throbbing. They got me in and explained the plan and got the tooth removed. The doctor was amazing and very accommodating. Let me know what to expect the whole way through. She made sure I was pain free the entire process and let me know the next step in my treatment. The office people and assistants were amazing very friendly and forward about everything. My plan was completely transparent and they were willing to work out payments if needed. I will continue to seek my medical treatment there. I was very impressed especially since I’ve had bad luck in the past. This place was the best!

Always a pleasure at the canton Aspen dental, they greet you with warms smiles and respect. The doctors and hygienists are always polite and friendly specially hygienist Rena if you go ask for her! She was gentle, friendly and an overall joy to have. Daija is the patient advocate who will make sure you’re taken care of with your appointments and billing information. I recently came in with some broken teeth that needed to come out. They were able to get me in later that afternoon to have several teeth pulled. I was also able to get fitted for a partial, and left with it same day too. Literally everyone was great. Dr. Kayla made quick work of my messed up teeth, and did a great job of telling me what I needed done without judgement. I didn't get her name, but the woman who helped get my impressions was also fantastic and got a few laughs out of me when I was stressed, and Deja helped me through the finacial end of my visit and helped explain any questions I had. They weren't pushy, were very compassionate, and got me taken care of, all on New Year's Eve no less.nnI very much appreciate the whole team there. Y'all made an incredibly stressful day for me so much easier than I could have ever imagined.

UPDATE on continuing visits!nnI absolutely love Dr. Veizaj! I don’t have a problem with dental procedures and I appreciate being able to get multiple things taken care of in one visit. Especially when requiring numbing in areas close to each other, which she’ll suggest. She’s so lovely and funny! But she will absolutely listen to you, give you a break, if needed during a procedure/s. She’ll provide options and prioritize what should be taken care of first and what can wait. Love her!nnI had a great experience. I needed an emergency appointment, plus a new patient appointment. I got in the same day, was able to get not only my emergency taken care of, but also all the things being a new patient - X-rays, cleaning, and a plan for other issues I knew were coming. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive. I had a great customer experience.
