I absolutely love this dentist office! From the moment I walked through the door to the time I sat in the chair, I felt completely taken care of. Dr. Kamalpreet Singh is incredibly caring, thoughtful, and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and patiently answers all your questions. His assistant, Eric, was amazing as well — kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the whole visit.nnThe atmosphere at Aspen Dental Care is welcoming and friendly, which really helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Singh and Eric made my experience quick, painless, and comfortable — I never thought an extraction could go so smoothly!nnThank you so much, Dr. Singh and Eric, for your exceptional care and compassion. I have never been to a dentist office where I feel so relaxed, at home and well taken care of. Dr. Singh is awesome, I’m terrified of the dentist’s needle, Dr Singh was able to calm me promised me it would be as painless as possible and for the first time I got Novocain and didn’t feel a thing. Let me tell you about his wonderful staff. Connie greets you with a smile as you enter, that smile does not go away. Devin is wonderful and friendly. Mo is just as friendly. Jenn is caring and friendly. Young Eric, he’s awesome with great patient care skills. Sandra is also great, makes you feel comfortable and at home. I greatly recommend this office and the staff.

Devin, the front desk receptionist was beyond nice and helpful. Very polite and understood my situation which made me feel comfortable.nnDr. Singh was very nice and patient. Let me speak without talking over me. Will definitely be back soon.nnP.S. Office was very clean and had moden technology to make things go a bit faster. I have had such bad experiences with Dentists over the last 45 years that the thought of going sent me into a panic. But a loose tooth and HORRIBLE pain forced me to go and THANK GOD I found Aspen Dental group!!nnDevin was the first person I spoke to over the phone and he was so kind and personable that he immediately eased my fear and made it possible for me to show-up for my appointment the following morning. Jenn is their WONDERFUL, SMILEY, FRIENDLY dental assistant who took my X-rays and explained everything along the way with such warmth and compassion that I actually started thinking I could DEFINITELY become one of those people who go for professional teeth cleaning multiple times a year (LOL). Eric is a sweet young cutie-pie who works during the day and attends classes afterwards, and he makes casting your teeth - something that has ALWAYS made me gag - a pleasant experience, which I NEVER thought was even possible. He even managed to make me laugh after getting THREE TEETH PULLED - he is a true “people person” and he is going to make an EXCELLENT Dentist one day!! And last but not least, there’s Connie, who handles the financial aspect and takes care of figuring out what insurance covers, explains how to obtain financing for any remaining balance. And she does it all so EFFORTLESSLY and with such focus on making it as easy as possible for the patient that it seemed like she’s been doing this for YEARS, yet she’s still in training - she is truly INCREDIBLE!! I cannot say enough about the entire staff 🥰nnBut the real GAME CHANGER was meeting Dr. Singh… talk about a GODSEND!! After reading my X-rays, he discovered that I had two teeth that were so badly infected I could had a stroke if I waited much longer to address them, plus my wisdom tooth needed to come out ASAP. But he never once SHAMED ME for not taking better care of my teeth, in fact, he apologized TO ME for being terrified by my prior experiences and then he came up with an amazing plan to bring back my once beautiful smile. He is gentle, kind and incredibly caring and compassionate, he’s one of those people that instantly makes you feel like you’re his friend and because he treats you as such.nnI have NEVER, EVER written a review about anything but this ENTIRE GROUP deserves so many accolades and so much praise and thanks that there was no way I COULDN’T share this experience.nnI have already told 4 people about Aspen Dental Group in Carle Place, NY, and I will continue to do so for many years to come, I’m sure!!!
