I was in a great deal of pain when i arrived. The staff was caring and accommodating. They were thoughtful and explained everything in great detail. I had to go with the route that I could afford, but I'm so grateful they explained my options. And I was well informed. Tomorrow a huge goal of mine will be accomplished and I am grateful for how everyone here helped me and made me feel safe in my choice to go there.

My experience was outstanding. No typical dentist visit. From the moment I walked in I knew this would be a good experience. Didn't have to wait long to see someone. Every one was super friendly and nice. Special thanks to Sabrina and Brittany. My issues were addressed quickly and concisely . The Dr. explained everything to me thoroughly as so I understood. And gave me options. Loved the whole experience. Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks everyone.

Chloé was super kind and accommodating! She made sure to provide a chair for my husband and 9 month old to join me during my exam and even provided me a blanket because I was cold! The doctor explained everything very thoroughly and we left the dentist confident that we knew what we needed to know.

5 stars to the office workers and customer service,nn1 star for the website advertisement which can be VERY misleadingnn3 stars for the alternate solutions which drive up prices significantly. (To be fair, my particular situation is very exact and a murphys law over the course of a VERY short time situation)nnWhile my experience here was not particularly great, the people were quite wonderful. To be very clear, my experience due to the very specific set of circumstances that all piled up on me all at once made this an almost impossible good experience for me if they could not pull the tooth TODAY at that office.nnMy main dissatisfaction is that the website advertises same day procedures in emergency situations. My specific extreme circumstances made it that I needed to be able to get a tooth extracted same day within this time frame. This…… is not what happened. Even though they do wisdom teeth extractions, it was too close to a nerve which the doctor was uncomfortable removing which meant i needed to go to a specialist surgeon, bumping the price up to triple almost quadruple the cost at minimum. Since wisdom teeth are typically always near a nerve, and the fact that this exact situation (besides the external circumstances) happened to me with another wisdom tooth, near a nerve and everything and the dentist was able to just give me numbing and pull it the same day, i was quite frustrated that this could not happen here- but it was compounding from the external stress and limited time/resources.nnThat being said!!!!!! They were friendly, extremely understanding and did their best to find me a solution. Unfortunately, none of their solutions were feasible for me due to my particular situation. I greatly appreciate how much time they spent on trying to help me find a solution, AS WELL AS letting me know what health steps they feel would be best for me going forward without fixating on it and trying to “get anything they can”. I do feel they truly care about helping people and making sure everyone has a beautiful healthy style. They were not pushy in any fashion and up front and honest in all things.
