Came from over an hour away for an emergency filling that fell out. I was treated with such kindness. My own dentist didn't help me and I was in pain for days. I had to resort to paying cash but Aspen made it as affordable as they could. The doctor found that the root cracked and took xrays after pulling it just to make she got it all.

The Kingsport office is so amazing, everyone there is so helpful and patient. I like that when I walk in they know who I am. I have always been afraid of the dentist and now I am not. They make sure if you have any questions that you can ask them and they make sure that you know what they are doing. Kingsport office is awesome. Thank you girl's for making me feel like part of the family.

I came in curisous about aligners. The team was kind and welcoming. Everything they did was thorough and they explained to me in detail step by step everything they did and the plan moving forward. I had some questions about my gums and the aligners and I met with the hygienist who answered all of my questions and left me feeling confident about my decision to move forward with Aspen Dental. The place was clean amd inviting and every staff i encountered was friendly. I'm extremely happy.I made the appointment and I cannot wait to get my aligners with them.

I never leave reviews but I truly had a great experience with Aspen. As a new patient the first visit is just a consult with X-rays, then meeting with the doctor, and creating a treatment plan. Ashley goes over everything that is recommended and sees what is covered by your insurance so you can choose what to move forward with. The staff was not pushy at all, and they were able to get me in the next day for a cleaning. Everyone I saw (Anna, Ashley, Michael, and Dr. Caines) were so friendly and helpful and really made me feel comfortable. 100% recommend!
