I’ve had a really great experience at Aspen Dental. The environment is very welcoming and comfortable. Everyone is so nice, from the front desk staff to the assistants and the people in the back. They always take the time to answer all of my questions and explain things clearly, which makes me feel a lot more confident and relaxed during my visits. I really appreciate how kind and patient the whole team is. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a friendly and supportive dental experience.

Everyone at Aspen Dental was very friendly and welcoming! The staff was so helpful in providing information and making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Stephanie was very kind and caring, and Dianne truly looked out for my wellness and made sure I was okay. Amber was amazing — very communicative and helped me get a same-day extraction! Des was very helpful with everyone; she knew a lot about what was going on, and even though she wasn’t assigned as my assistant, she still made sure everyone was on top of everything. The receptionist was also super helpful and answered all my questions with patience. The doctor made my extraction so quick — I honestly thought it would take much longer, but it felt like nothing! I’m so glad I went there!

Been seen here for a few years now. Great staff and usually pretty easy to get a quick appointment (last night I scheduled for 9:30 since my daughter had an appointment across town so we had to drive down anyway; then today when I realized her appointment was going to be done sooner than expected, I was able to get online at 8:00 AM to reschedule my 9:30 for an 8:30).nnI saw a previous comment that they don’t care if you’re in pain….. this is FAR from my experience. A little over 4 years ago was my first time being seen—to get my last 8 teeth (including two impacted wisdom teeth that ended up not being removed at the time) pulled & get dentures. I’d just had 11 teeth on the bottom pulled at a free clinic a week or so earlier. When I winced due to sensitivity (from the pressure around semi-fresh extractions, the dentist kept being concerned the tooth she was pulling wasn’t numb and I kept having to let her know it was my other extraction sites and I was ok / the teeth being pulled weren’t what was hurting.nnThey’ve did great work with my dentures as well. I’ve had my permanent set for almost 3 years (I intentionally waited over a year with my immediate set to get them because everything I read said to wait as long as possible to get a longer-lasting fit, must be accurate since 3 years later there’s no notable change to how they fit). Because I got the comfylytes, I could get a yearly cleaning for free, but so far I haven’t felt the need to make a 2-hr drive each way for it and we don’t often go to Wenatchee.

Today was my first day ever going there everybody that works in there was very professional and sweet as could be. I was very comfortable. They are very friendly the doctor she is wonderful you could tell she has a really good heart so I will be going back two more times.

Aspen Dental is THE best dental office in the entire East Wenatchee and Wenatchee area! The office is clean, comfortable and the patient is welcomed by everyone. The dentist and her entire staff, treats the patient with respect, gives the best care possible, is compassionate, understanding and all do a great job treating the patient's dental needs. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!!!!!
