Absolutely the very very best service I've ever had at any dentist office. The office is nice and new super clean, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and actually willing to help, and I'm not the easiest person to deal with but they worked with me just fine. My doctor whose nickname is Ethan was absolutely the best ever and I sincerely mean that. I have a lot of experience going to UConn medical center dental School for several decades and this person must have stood out at the head of his class because he is really good knowledgeable he's very talented knows exactly what I was looking for and it's tough to deal with patients like me because sometimes we think we know more than we do however he listened patiently to me and did an excellent job on my feeling. I would go nowhere else but Aspen dental in the future and for all my dental needs. They offer walk-in service I believe they also offer emergency service, down the road I may look into implants and they will be the first people I go to to see what they can do for me or at least get their opinion and recommendations and perhaps set up a treatment plan. But once again this Aspen dental located on the town line of New Britain and Farmington across the street from Target and close to westfarms Mall what's the best place I've ever gone to in my life for dental work. Although it was only a feeling but the filling was done previously by a very bad dentist which I think I'll name in this review, which was horizon dental in southington Connecticut. They did a very bad job on me and they lie throughout the entire process whereas Aspen dental was up front I could tell they were being as honest and sincere as they possibly could be and once again I walked away this morning it's statically happy with the work. Anybody reading this make no mistake don't go anywhere else go to Aspen dental and I am not paid nor was I solicited to write this review this is coming out of my heart and out of my gut and based on my experience and I have a lot of experience with dealing with medical staff because I'm a retired insurance claims adjuster so that's for sure I can weed out the good and the bad., and Aspen dental is not just the good but the best in my opinion.

I’ve been with many dentist these last few years, this is the best service by far. The office staff are very comforting and efficient. My teeth look great after 3 appts and the integrity is much better. I have a severe anxiety around having dental work done but I really can relax here knowing I’m in great hands.

I haven't been to the dentist in a long time and I needed a lot of work done. Aspen was quick and efficient to diagnose everything and was super supportive in helping me schedule and finance the appointments. Every staff member has been wonderful and they really helped me be at ease during the procedures. I've gotten a filling and a root canal at this location and have nothing but good things to say about them. The novacaine shots were the least painful I've ever experienced. If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend them.

I had the most easy, comforting experience for someone who expressed their nerves about visiting the dentist. Stephanie brought me to do my X-rays and she was the sweetest, nicest soul. She ensured I was comfortable as possible dealing with my infected tooth. Jodi then came in and brought some light and joy to my situation even though I was internally freaking out. She knew her stuff and that made me even more at ease. Melissa at the front desk made my check in and check out process so seamless. I enjoyed how well organized and thorough she was with checking my eligibility and coverage estimates. I then wrapped my appt up with the office manager Tyler who went over all my options for my treatment plan and ensured I was comfortable through every step of the process. Answering every question with detailed information and making sure I was okay with talking about the things that aren’t always comfortable, like paying for medical bills! Overall, great team, great service, happy customer!

10/10 Highly recommend! The staff was absolutely amazing; so patient and thorough in explaining everything. I had a lot of work done and they never once made me feel uncomfortable. I didn’t have insurance but they went above and beyond to help me with financing options. They were flexible with my schedule and always willing to answer any questions I had. Truly a great team! 👍🏽
