This review is long overdue. My first experience at this branch was so bad I almost didn’t come back. I only returned on January 19 to redo fillings that had broken again since they were originally done here.nnMy first visit was a few days before Thanksgiving. I called ahead to confirm they could refill my slightly fractured front tooth and transferred from their Mesa branch since they were the only one open. I paid $82 for the exam and X-ray, only to be told they couldn’t fix it at that time. They later offered an afternoon slot after I explained I already had other commitments. It was frustrating and poorly handled, and the manager at that time wasn’t helpful, just repeating that it was policy.nnWhen the filling was finally done, they used a large mouthpiece for nearly an hour. It was extremely painful, and my jaw hurt for hours afterward. I genuinely dreaded that experience.nnFast forward to January 19. My main concern was still my front tooth, but I also developed pain in my lower left molar. I mentioned it to the dental assistant, Clara, and she immediately made sure it was checked and X-rayed.nnDr. Cara Pocano was a completely different experience. She carefully examined both teeth, explained everything clearly, and even addressed why my front filling keeps breaking. She suggested adjusting my bite to help prevent future fractures.nnDr. Pocano and Cara made a huge difference. Their attentiveness and thorough care completely changed my experience at this branch. I’d definitely come back, but only if Dr. Pocano and Clara are there 😅

Where do I begin this Aspen Dental was phenomenal. My mom came here & I tagged along to make sure everything went smoothly. Starting with the front desk osmara was Very professional and efficient. She made sure to work above and beyond to make sure my moms insurance would go through before continuing with anything. Friendliest person we could talk to!! The assistant was very nice to make sure because of her age she was comfortable and accommodating taking x rays. Dr P was very straightforward and tried giving the best help she could to my mother. Whole team was amazing including the manager Lina, this office makes you feel like family

Amazing team!! By far one of the best dental offices I’ve seen. Osmara was super kind to me & my husband addressing what our visit would look like & what to expect. She was patient enough to walk us through the tablet questions which we appreciated! The Dr answered all our concerns & she made sure to make us feel heard. Elizabeth made sure to walk us through everything we needed & total transparency with prices while being kind & not rushing us into anything.n10/10

I went to the location at 75th and Bell Rd to have my denture repaired. They did take x-rays and had me see the dentist while I was there. I had shared with the dentist that I have already paid to have implants, but the process is on hold due to health issue. What I really appreciate is that she still took the time to discuss this with me and I gained some more insight and understanding.nI am sorry, I can't remember her name (I'm horrible with names). But what I do remember is that she was very nice...in fact, the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and professional.nIf my health issues no longer allow me to move forward with my implants, I intend to return to this Aspen Dental to go over my options and treatments.nnSincerelynRobby Hyden

Terrific staff. From the last time I was here it is definitely a 360… girl at the front Osmara was very approachable & engaging with the people in the lobby. Emilie was sweet enough to guide me through my next steps to my future appointments. Their new Dr is amazing & I felt insured on what I need.Might have to bring my wife & kids here the girls at this office rock.
