Had a really great experience at Aspen Dental! Rachel the hygienist was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable during my visit. Linda Lou, the operations manager, is the best so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole experience. Osmara at the front desk was very friendly, and Dr. Ma was amazing as well very caring, professional, and informative. The whole team made my visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this office enough. After not seeing a dentist for over a decade, I walked in with significant tooth pain and a lot of anxiety. From the start, this was a completely judgment-free zone. The office is clean, the staff is incredibly polite, and they immediately helped me put together a manageable long-term dental plan to get my health back on track.nnI’ve now completed two deep cleanings with Anastacia, who is absolutely wonderful. She is meticulous, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable the entire time. The education she provided for my at-home care was thorough and life-changing. I am so grateful to this team for helping me get my smile back!nnEdited to update:nI have recently had experience with Isabel as well and she was extremely sweet and helpful. She made sure my temporary crowns were a perfect fit and made sure I left with all of my questions answered!

The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, which I really appreciated. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, and the manager, Linda, was incredibly helpful and kind! If you’re nervous about going to the dentist, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

I had previously gone to the Aspen Dental in Surprise and after all was said and done it was one of the most humiliatingnUncomfortable and horrific experiences of my life and I had promised myself I would never go back again. However my insurance company told me that I had to go back when I had a tooth that broke I called that office and I spoke to a manager and also to an office person on three different occasions, with promises from both that I would get a call back and yet, not a word never got the call back. I then called one of their other locations.Which is the Arrowhead location and spoke to Emily and told her about my previous experience at the Surprise location and asked if I could get a corporate number. Emily asked if i would like to go to their office and so I did.nnIt was such an amazing experience. Not only were they friendly greeted menWalked me through things but Emily went above and beyondnTo make sure that I was comfortable. That I fully understood everything. and that I was comfortable.nWith everything that was going to be done. She was very straightforward and let me know that she was going to do everything she couldnTo make sure my experience was better.nnThe doctor was also very friendly & very straightforward and Jess also walked me through everything analysts very straightforward.nnThis office has true professionals who understand the value of customer service and that goes a long waynI we'll tell everybody. I bought the amazing experience that I received.
