Dr Lamoreau and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked really hard to find appointment days and times that would work with our busy schedule. They throughly explained the treatment plan for my husband and the cost for the treatment, what our insurance would likely pay and what would be our out of pocket cost. They also helped with financing options for our portion. I highly recommend this office for anyone that is looking for a good Dentist and an awesome team

I was nervous going to a new dentist, but I should not have been. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the first visit. The staff always gave a warm handoff to the next person. Dr. Lamoreau explained the plan clearly. I was escorted to the scheduler, who was also great. I've already recommended them to my family!

I didn't plan to use this location, but the office in Roseburg closed. Fortunately, I have been nothing but happy with them.nnScheduling appointments has been easy and they aren't scheduling months out like most dental clinics. I was able to get an appointment in days instead of weeks. They have also been able to work with my schedule, which isn't necessarily the easiest since I can't simply take off from work and be back in an hour - I would be gone about half of my work day.nThey have been not only very prompt with calling me from the waiting room on time, but they have called me back early most times and have had me done and out of the office prior to my scheduled time at least once.nI'll admit that I'm not always the easiest patient, but the staff has still been friendly and helpful, and everything has been fully explained to me.nI have no complaints with them at all. I don't even mind being on the road for 2½-3 hours considering the care I receive.
