The doctor was vert pleasant and very informational. Will be back to see her. The Hygienist was very pleasant and nice and explained to me everything that is going on. I think her name was Ashley. The nurse that did my exrays was very nice and explained everything she was doing. I love this place. The office manager checked me out and explained my bill and price for the procedures to be done.

I am very thankful to have Aspen Dental close in my area. They were able to get me worked in the same day I called, extracted the bad tooth and prepared me for a permenit replacement. The staff is very well organized and prepared to get me worked right on through the steps to get me taken care of, very kind, considerate and easy to talk with. I highly recommend Dr. Whitney and her staff.

The most exceptional experience I have ever had at a dental facility of any size. Please do not let the misconception that a company of this size, with the resources to have everything under one roof, which provides the services you need from appointment to procedure standpoint SO much quicker than traditional dental offices will not take care of YOU. Aspen Dental will not only “know” you by name but work tirelessly to give you the complete dental experience regardless how unique your need may be.nnA gentleman named Collin (spelling 🤞🏼) was the epitome of this for me.nnHe orchestrated my visits with a combination of skill, intelligence & desire to adhere to the golden rule that simply blew me away. One franchise type person is often enough to change your opinion, Aspen Dental @ Hopkinsville has several! The young lady that I assume was the office manager was so welcoming & helpful along with the lady who took my impressions. The staff that I encountered were all young, as in their early 20’s and they had the same demeanor/attitude/perspective as seasoned well trained Walt Disney crew members. If you know, ya know. Dr. Dietz and Allison were incredibly patient, kind, and thorough.
