I can't say anything bad about Aspen Dental. First, let me start of by saying the facility is very clean and in order. The staff was friendly, and accommodating. I was taken care of like i was truly part of a family. I want to take this time to recognize a few individuals. Tina, I don't know if you would call her role receptionist, customer service rep, or what. I do know she went above and beyond for me. When I had my first appointment before my cleanings, Tina went out of her way to make sure it was cost friendly. She looked for ways and offered suggestions. She did this without me asking for anything. Tina, she should be the face of customer service. Thank you so much. You deserve all good things. I will not and can not forget Mary. It had been a while after my last appointment before my return. Mary remembered me and my fears. When she examined my teeth, she was just as gentle as I remembered from before. Mary has a way of putting you at ease. When I came in for my cleanings, she made sure it was about me and my comfort. I felt that she took care of me the way she would want someone to take care of her. Thank you, Mary. You truly are the absolute best. I'm sorry because I can't remember the lady's name that sit beside Tina. Her kindness was unmatched. She searched for an appointment that was conducive to me and my work schedule. There were many days that didn't work for me, she searched until she found something that did without becoming frustrated with me and my schedule. Thank you ladies for taking such good care of me, and making me feel that I really matter.

They made the financing process for my payments super easy, and everything was explained clearly in a simple, understandable way. I was initially skeptical about visiting Aspen Dental due to a negative experience I had at an Aspen Dental clinic before in Las Vegas. However, my tooth was causing immense pain, and I couldn’t bear it any longer. I managed to book an appointment with Dr. Osahon last minute.nnUpon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn’t have to wait long. The exam itself was surprisingly quick, taking less than five minutes. After the exam, I met Dr. Osahon and we discussed a plan to address my issue. I had initially thought that the procedure would take a few days, especially since I don’t live in the area. So I was expecting maybe some pain meds, and an antibiotic until my initial appointment at home. However, to my surprise yet again, it was completed the same day.nnThe entire process was incredibly efficient and quick, which I was not accustomed to. The staff at Aspen Dental was incredibly kind, friendly, informative, and helpful. They listened attentively to my concerns and treated me with utmost care throughout the entire process. Dr. Osahon provided me with the relief and comfort I had been seeking for months due to my tooth pain. I cannot express my gratitude enough for his expertise and compassionate care

I've never experienced anything like this! This dentist's office is absolutely out of this world! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like royalty. The dental assistant was an absolute angel, constantly checking on me, making sure I was comfortable, and easing all my anxieties.nnI was a nervous wreck, but they turned my fear into a spa day for my teeth. The hygienist was a ninja with the tools, giving me the most thorough cleaning I've ever had. She explained everything in detail, and my gums have never felt so pampered.nnAnd the doctor? A true dental guru! They gave me the most accurate diagnosis and answered all my questions with such patience and expertise. On top of that, the lady taking my consultation answered all my questions and helped me schedule appointments that best fit my schedule. I left feeling like I'd just had a five-star experience. Seriously, if you're looking for the best dental care, run, don't walk, to this office!

All the Drs and staff at Aspen Janesville are amazing! They take time to listen to your concerns and work with you on treatments and payment options. My youngest daughter will always request Mary as her hygienist.. she was so calm when dealing with her anxiety. We have always been treated like family and are deeply appreciative. From our emergent walk-ins (thank you Tina!) to twice yearly cleanings, Dr O and his staff are always friendly and kind.. simply the best!
