My husband was in a lot of pain and they were able to get him in right away. We saw Dr Dylan and he was fabulous in explaining everything and getting a treatment plan together. Taylor was great explaining the various financing options and Mallori was so caring. Amazing experience all the way around.

Very knowledgeable and understanding staff. Don't make you feel like they're judging you, and give very upfront information. I was able to move forward with what I needed done immediately and they made me feel like they actually listened.

The staff is kind and polite, and see you on your scheduled time which means a lot to me. Very good with addressing any pain you might endure. Caring and positive attitudes with good teamwork as for what I encountered, I recommend them and glad they opened a facility in my town.n😁

Dr. Dylan did my teeth extraction. I was nervous but he ordered a prescription for me to take the night before and 1 hour prior. I thought I was well aware what was going on. I felt no pain with the injections and truthfully don't remember any of it.nHe was very kind and answered any and all my questions.nMallory was the person that fit my denture to me. She was also very kind and answered all my questions.nI am very pleased.nLinda B

Staff is friendly, however, the hygienist wanted to see me back in 1 week to follow up on my gum treatment, and when I got the email confirmation it was for 5 weeks, I called the next morning, and asked them to correct it. She confirmed on the phone that I was moved to the correct date. When I checked my email hours later, I found they had me on the same incorrect date but at a different time of day. Now I have to wait all weekend to correct this again, and hope that there is still an opening on the day the hygienist wanted to see me for. Very frustrating that a simple follow up so that I can move on to the next step in my treatment is this complicated to schedule.n***Update: the office manager called me minutes after they opened today, Monday, and made sure to correct my follow up appointment to the right date. Much appreciated!!
