She took the time to answer all of my questions and is always kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She truly knows what she is doing and ensures everything is done right.nThe entire office staff is wonderful. Jasmine at the front desk and Hannah are always so kind and helpful. Ines is the best hygienist I have ever worked with! I leave every cleaning feeling like I have brand-new teeth.nI also really appreciate the appointment reminders by email and phone. With my busy schedule, that level of care means a lot and helps me stay on track. I needed a tooth pulled and had unique circumstances with this tooth. They did a wonderful job considering It was a hard tooth to pull and they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The dentist Justin Chow, DMD, and the whole team were great. I highly recommend this specific location if you’re in the Medford area.

My hygienist Tanya was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel at ease right away and took such great care with my cleaning. You can tell She really cares about her patients. She is very knowledgeable of all treatment plans . I actually look forward to my next cleaning!
