I came in with a cracked tooth from an old filling that had finally failed, and they were able to get me in super quickly, which was a huge relief.nnFrom the moment I walked in, the office was spotless and very well organized, which immediately put me at ease. The x-ray technician was incredibly personable, explaining everything clearly and making the process comfortable instead of stressful. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which made a big difference when dealing with a dental issue.nnA special shoutout to Cassie, who went above and beyond. She took the time to lay out a financial plan that works for me, walking me through the options and making sure I understood everything clearly. She even gave me a fancy clip to keep all of my paperwork together! It was a small gesture, but it really showed how much the team cares about the patient experience.nnOverall, I’m very grateful for how quickly they helped me and how well the entire visit went. Friendly staff and accommodating to your needs. I needed a tooth pulled and the gums cleaned with a few other things.I have good insurance however it was a little more than I expected but they have a quick line of credit. I was able to get everything done in one week. The line of credit paid off in a few payments with no interest. I thought that was really nice instead of using my credit card or going to the bank to pull some funds. Didn't waste my time as I got most of everything done in one day. The the Doc did a good job as well extracting the tooth. I was very pleased. Definitely will be going there from now on. Definitely better than the VA in Indianapolis.

Had a wonderful experience. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and kind. The Dentist Dr. Warren and trysten and cassi was very gentle and showed concern. It was the most painless t tooth extraction I’ve ever had !!highly recommend Muncie Indiana❤️

The staff Is friendly and very helpful to address my concerns and needs. Dr Losier did a great job of explaining what he planned to do when installing my implants. He really made me feel at ease with the process. I would recommend him and this office to anyone needing any dental work.

The entire team at Aspen has been great at helping me to smile again! From cleanings, to extractions, even dentures, I've had all services they offer at this point - and they have been so helpful every step of the way. Every question answered, even when it all just seemed so overwhelming.
