I had a truly wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. I have severe dental anxiety, and the entire staff made me feel so comfortable and genuinely cared for from start to finish. It had been a few years since my last cleaning, and I ended up needing a deep cleaning — which honestly terrified me — but my hygienist was incredible.nnHe was extremely gentle, attentive, and in tune with my needs. He reassured me throughout the entire process, frequently checked in to make sure I wasn’t in pain, explained everything he was doing, and made me feel safe and comforted in an environment that normally causes me a lot of stress.nnThe office manager was also so kind. When I spoke to her before my initial appointment, she reassured me that the staff would be compassionate — and she absolutely delivered. I also had a great conversation with the dentist, who was just as warm and encouraging.nnOverall, every person I interacted with was kind, supportive, and never made me feel judged or guilty for not having gone to the dentist in a while or for having anxiety about being there. I would highly recommend this office, especially to anyone who feels nervous about dental visits. They are truly amazing, and I will definitely be coming back for my routine cleanings.nnThank you, Aspen Dental!

Nothing but good things to say about this location of Aspen Dental chain! Front office was accommodating to my emergency walk in, X-rays were taken I was guided to the back to asses my teeth and we were in motion right away to my needs. I am terrified of the dentist but coming here the tranquillity and ease the hygienist Jerardo and Dr Hernandez give is astonishing. Let’s just say I was in and out with Zero pain for a deep clean and a wisdom removal!!!! I’m truly impressed. Especially coming in as a first time patient. They took care of me like I been there my whole life. Wisdom tooth removal was cheaper than most place was well. Thank you so much! - Astrid Ramirez

I had never been to a dentist in my 35 years of living before I went to Aspen dental the other day. Everyone there was so nice and so professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing every step of the way and I felt no judgement at all from any of the staff even though I know my teeth are pretty messed up. They were very gentle and understanding and immediately pulled away when they saw any sign of pain on my face. I don't have a single complaint- it was a very good experience for me!

Despite some negative reviews my experience was was pleasant all around. Seeing the front desk girl interact so kindly to an older gentlemen who just wanted conversation I was hopeful. Xray tech was very friendly and personable . The doctors were very knowledgeable and explained things to where I can understand. Office manager was kind and understanding of my financial situation. I believe she helped me the best she could to get things taken care of and scheduled. The bill was high but to be expected. So far I am pleased with the office and staff!
