I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental, and I honestly didn’t expect to feel this comfortable going in for a tooth extraction! From the moment I walked in, the front office staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. They were patient, kind, and made sure I understood everything before my procedure even started.nnThe dental team was exceptional. They walked me through my entire treatment plan step by step, explaining the extraction process, aftercare, and what to expect during recovery. I never felt rushed or confused—they made sure all my questions were answered.nnWhat really stood out to me was how gentle and attentive they were during the procedure. They checked on me throughout, made sure my pain was managed, and kept me calm the entire time. She was Very nice and gentle, I really appreciate her concern and explaining what she was doing.nnHowever, after discussing their plan for my teeth, puts me $3000, deeper in debt, and that doesn’t improve appearance at all! I finally got to leave 3 hrs after my appt time and they still didn’t pull tooth. They prescribed me meds to take, but didn’t send them to the pharmacy until Thursday. I couldn’t pick them up at that point, and I mentioned it to someone when I called to inquire about them, I wk from thur-sun 9-7( my pharmacy was closed by the time I got off, also! On top of it all I’ve wasted a hour of time waiting for someone to answer the phone, just between 2 calls!👀 so I’m not interested in returning to that location.

Leoni and Ashley were both amazing! They made me feel at ease and comfortable with my visit today. Dentists can be very scary for some but these ladies will make you feel not an ounce of fear! They detailed what they were doing and the process to me which left no room for questions are confusions. Much appreciated ladies!

Scheduling an appointment was a breeze! I was greeted with a friendly attitude and was seen pretty much right at my scheduled appointment time! Leoni was my tech and it was an absolute pleasure to be under her “watch”! I genuinely appreciated her kindness, explanations of processes, and professionalism!
