Aspen Dental has honestly been the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to dental customer service and care. It was a nightmare trying to find a new dentist being a new resident in Las Vegas. From the very first time I called, booking an appointment was easy. Michelle did an amazing job giving me an extremely thorough exam. Hygienist Caroline and Dr. Wynn were also very detailed when it came to my concerns and finding the perfect solution for me. Elizabeth, their dental assistant is the best person I’ve ever worked with when it came to me needing a financial plan to make all of this work for me. Not only was she patient with me but she made sure there was a way for me to take care of all my needs without stress and I can tell she really cared. I’m really impressed with the whole experience overall. Tiana the receptionist was very welcoming also. Thank you girls!!!

Dr. Hathaway is extremely knowledgeable, ethical, compassionate with a great bedside manner. Penny is also very knowledgeable and can make your bad day feel like the best. Melissa is in in good hands and they will not go wrong keeping her on the team. She is very caring and seems to want to know everything. In fact everyone at the office is great. I found my forever dentist. Will recommend to anyone. Thank you all for making me smile again

From the second you walk through the doors at aspen dental you’re greeted with friendly staff and smiles. As someone who went to two dentist before coming here for a third opinion it was nice to find a dental office where I felt heard and valued. The dental assistants listen and don’t make you feel judged. It’s more like walking into a family. But once I get Dr Hathaway I knew I found the right place for me. She was understanding and made me feel comfortable. My teeth were not the best some my fault from fear of dentists some my own genetics failing me. But she has been there with me through all the healing. She tells you exactly what you need to know but is kind and general. I value these women at this office for all the have done to help me on my smile journey. Even though it’s been a journey at least I see the light at the end and know I’ll make it there with this team and be happier. I appreciate them so much for helping me get my smile back. Words cannot express how grateful I am to them.

Hi, I couldn’t end the night, without sharing my experience with Aspen Dental. Everyone here was Awesome!!! I came in feeling very overwhelmed. But when I left I was in tears, but they were Happy tears. This was my first visit, and I was greeted by Pamela, she was very pleasant and welcoming. My next experience was with Penny with her happy and funny personality. She made me feel so much better and had me laughing, I forgot all about that I came in feeling overwhelmed. Then I met Caroline then Dr. Lindsay, Liz and Marlene. All were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have never had an experience like this before with the whole staff participating in my appointment. They all made me feel so special. I appreciate each and everyone that helped me in my dental appointment today, by taking time and explaining everything to me, in a friendly positive manner. You All Are The Best!!! I highly recommend this office.

I was seeking a new dental office and heard and read positive reviews on Aspen Dental and made my appointment. Everyone here was Friendly, Professional and attentive to my needs. Establishment was clean and organized and staff was very informative about the payment plans. A concern as well was I spent more than 4 hours there, they were thorough, which was appreciated. I also was flexible and remained patient. I will be seeing an Endodontist later this month and can input more info at that time.
