I had got my dental procedure done at another dental office three years ago. My upper dentures started to break. I called them. They said my warranty. I didn’t have a warranty so mine friend she went to Aspen and they did a very very great job over in Norfolk’s I tried to schedule an appointment with them, but they couldn’t see me right away so I tried the Virginia Beach office and they told me they do walk-ins, but if someone came for their appointment, they might not be able to see me, but they would try so I went after work. They were able to see me today. Dr. Pella looked at my upper denture and he said we’re gonna get your smile back. I want to smile so big, but I couldn’t didn’t have my teeth in laugh out loud but when I sit here and when I tell you that they were very professional, very caring so caring With when I say Dr. Pella his assistant Beanca and Aly Stenson They went above and beyond for me. This office is so very kind and patience . This was just the first office visit. I go back tomorrow and then I go back March 20. I can’t wait to see what they do but I do want to say thank y’all so much.nWent back today, Jade and Rita were awesome. Absolutely the best dental experience ever. My new dentures fit and look so much better than my old ones from another dentist. Dr. Pella explained everything in detail and is one of the most professional and friendly people on the planet. I don't recommend many businesses but I highly recommend Dr. Pella and Aspen dental/

Dr. Navatto is the best! her professionalism and care is amazing she speaks with compassion, has light hands and a warm heart. Suke did an excellent job doing my teeth cleaning very thorough and kind. Cherisse the assistant took my X-rays and pan scan like a sniper one shot success!

So glad I found this place and they were accepting new patients. From the dentist to their trainee, everyone was focused on providing fast and great care. I strongly recommend this place. You're under great care with their hygienist Suki and get the best financial planning with Whitney. Don't brush, only floss. Got it Suki. Just kidding. Will be back.

I had my new patient appointment yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. From the beginning to the end, the doctor and his staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The Dental Assistant Beanca really made me feel at ease and was expedient in getting me through my X-rays. It was an excellent experience overall.
