AS SOON as I walked into the door I was greeted by a friendly smile from Ethan. Lily took my x-rays, she was very professional and informative through each scan. I was seen by Dr. Mansouri and was walked through each and helped with every question I asked. Ms. Bree in the office was friendly and overall made my visit pleasant. Mr Mark was friendly. Chiquita was everywhere in the office ensuring all things were running smoothly. 5/5

First time here, and they were very thorough with the initial exam and X-rays. I was provided with payment options that suited my needs. Scheduled my cleaning, and I will come in to complete the work needed in a month or so. Staff is courteous and friendly, and I'm happy with my visit, the office manager is very nice.

Thankful to have found a Dentist Office to handle my dental emergency immediately ( they are a branch of a very large tree😊) this branch, this staff and these Dr.s are strong in knowledge and skill, compassionate, caring, the Team is knowledgeable and gentle while making sure you receive quality, up to date technology and procedures. They listen, they understand, they communicate with each other and with you. They are well worth my hour and a 1/2 drive! Thanks again so very much 💖 😊

I visited Aspen Dental for gum therapy, a cleaning, and crown work (including a temporary crown placement and a medicated filling to protect the pulp), and overall had a very positive experience.nnThe hygienist, Mark, was outstanding. He explained every step clearly, checked on my comfort often, verified allergies, and made sure the anesthetic had fully taken effect before starting. He was gentle, patient, and attentive the entire time; I truly felt cared for.nnThe dentist was great as well. Even though she clearly had back-to-back procedures, she never made me feel rushed. She explained what was happening with my tooth, why the crown was needed, and what to expect next. I really appreciated how thorough she was.nnThe only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is the wait time between parts of the visit. There were moments where I sat for 10–15 minutes, and multiple staff members walked past the room. A quick check-in even just “Thank you for your patience, we’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way.nnI say that especially because I came straight off a 12 hour night shift and stayed from opening time through my 11:30 appointment until after 4 p.m. I was awake well over 24 hours, so small gestures of reassurance would have made a big difference. As a nurse, I know how powerful simple communication can be when someone is waiting.nnOverall, though, the actual care I received was excellent. The hygienist and dentist themselves were wonderful, and I left feeling informed and respected. I’ll definitely return I just hope the team adds a little more room-to-room communication for patients waiting in between steps.
