She is truly the backbone of this office.nnKim is kind, patient, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional — even while navigating what must be a very stressful and constantly changing insurance landscape. Recently, my dental insurance dropped every single patient under the plan without any notice, and Kim handled the situation with transparency, compassion, and grace. None of this was Aspen Dental’s fault, and it’s deeply unfair the dental office and the staff are left to absorb the frustration and fallout caused by insurance companies.nnKim took the time to clearly explain what was happening, worked tirelessly to find solutions, and advocated for me in ways that went far beyond what I expected. She made a confusing and very upsetting situation feel manageable and humane. You can tell she genuinely cares about patients, the staff, and doing the right thing — even when the system is stacked against them.nnIt is rare to encounter an office manager who is this competent and this compassionate. I came to Aspen Dental in Waterville for a complete set of dentures after a truly excruciating and unsatisfactory experience with a denturist based in Skowhegan. Office Manager Kim DuBois listened to my concerns and checked in every step of the way. The professionalism of Dr. Stephanie Aboody guided me through the process with a much appreciated comfortable, functional and more than satisfactory result. I also want to mention the concern and care shown by Mitch, a craftsman in the laboratory, who stopped in to see me at each of my fitting appointments to be sure he understood the fine tuning complexities needed to be dealt with in creating a high quality and complete fitted set of dentures.nThanks go out to the entire team working at Aspen Dental Waterville Maine!

Everyone’s so nice. It’s been a lot of years since I have been to the dentist and I was so ashamed to go but I’m glad I did. Sam helped me with financing options and didn’t make me feel like I couldn’t afford it. She made me feel very calm. I couldn’t thank her enough. I had an excellent experience at this Aspen Dental. Going in, I was extremely nervous and honestly pretty skeptical, especially since this was my first cavity ever and I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I walked in, the staff completely put me at ease.nnEveryone was professional, welcoming, and patient, taking the time to explain the process and answer my questions without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. The dental team was calm and reassuring throughout the entire procedure, which made a huge difference for someone who was anxious going in.nnThe filling itself was smooth and far less stressful than I imagined, and I left feeling relieved and genuinely impressed with the level of care I received. If you’re someone who gets nervous about dental work, I can’t recommend this office enough. They truly go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I’d give 6 stars if I could!!
